The Sonigem Group required a customer facing Web solution that would accommodate the complexities of managing a series of corporate brands including Sylvania, Koss, Emerson, Magnasonic and Motion Systems, their associated products and distinct customer service channels.
Aviniti CMS gives Sonigem the tools to present each brand as a distinct Web experience with the associated products, while being managed centrally by The Sonigem Group.
The Sonigem Group is most impressed with Aviniti's management of the customer service capability where the site visited uniquely identifies customer feedback. Responses are faster and more accurate and ultimately improve customer service.
